The products offered by us are tested in superior environment test chambers & hot air ovens. Our range undergoes tests for vibration control, ultrasonic cleaning & insulation, in order to ensure that these products deliver optimum performance even under harsh working conditions.

The computerized testing techniques used by us allow us to ensure the accuracy, reliability & deliverance of products as per the expected performance levels. Our thorough quality testing program guarantees excellent end results & high profits from the clients’ activities using the range provided by us.

The steps involved in our 3-level Quality Testing Program are:

• Component level testing
• Sub-assembly (PCB) level testing
• Final assembly testing

Each product manufactured by us is treated to a special ‘burn-in’ process for 48 hours, which divulges the infant mortality, if any. Upon the completion of the ‘burn-in’ process, the products undergo a functional check, after which, a test report is drafted. When the product tests positive on each parameter and is approved of quality, a ‘QC OK’ sticker is placed upon it, and it is moved to the logistic division.

Our unique Document Control Department set up by us gives the clients the information they may need regarding their products. The personnel of this department keep a track of all documents involved in the production of the range available with us. We keep circuit schematics, mechanical drawings, process assembly sheets, OEMs, engineering change notices (ECN), test reports, various reports, forms, serial number registers & other technical registers with us. This activity is carried out efficiently & meticulously in order to provide the results quickly and accurately to the clients.

We have also set up an exclusive Customer Support Department in order to provide the clients quality backup. This unit is a part of project division, and comprises of the project division team, a marketing engineer, and assists the clients in various spheres of our activities pertaining to servicing, erection & commissioning of our products and also provides technical support
